Appointments

 Yes—same-week slots are often available. Availability varies by location and specialty.

Most initial evaluations run 45–60 minutes (some neuro-psych or rehab evaluations may take longer). Follow-ups are typically 20–40 minutes, depending on the service.

Telehealth may be available for select services (e.g., counseling follow-ups). Ask our team when scheduling—some evaluations require in-person visits.

Please call us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate same-day changes. Missed appointments and late cancellations may be subject to a fee based on clinic policy.

No. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Referrals (Providers & Partners)

Absolutely. We’re a referral-friendly network. Send patients for TBI/concussion care, chronic pain, neuro-psych testing, rehab, chiropractic, counseling, biofeedback, EEG, and more.

We aim to contact referred patients within 1 business day and offer the earliest appropriate appointment.

Yes—on request and with appropriate consent, we provide evaluation summaries and key-milestone updates to the referring provider.

Insurance & Billing

We work with most major plans (e.g., Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare) and many Workers’ Compensation plans. Plan participation can vary by provider/location.

Yes. We offer transparent pricing for self-pay services.

Yes. Our team verifies eligibility and benefits, obtains prior authorizations when required, and provides cost estimates before treatment.

Applicable copays are collected at the time of service. Deductibles/coinsurance may apply based on your plan.

Often. We can review your out-of-network options and discuss next steps if your plan isn’t in-network.

What to Bring / How to Prepare

  • Photo ID and insurance card(s)
  • Referral (if you have one)
  • Medication list (name, dose, frequency)
  • Relevant imaging/reports (MRI/CT, EMG/EEG, neuro-psych results)
  • Payment method for copays/self-pay
  • Any completed forms we sent you
  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early to finalize paperwork
